The Female Pro League operates as a club for the womens gaming community dedicated to assisting in helping women gamers compete in professional leagues for gaming titles.

 

Gender Validation Requirements

To compete as a player, you must be a woman

Requirements that we validate and check for are as follows

Option A

  • Must have Approved Government Identification with photographic ID (State ID, Drivers License, Passport).  Players from previous participation or previously verified MAY not be required to show Identification.  International Players, (Non- United States Residents), must have a valid passport, license, or Government issued ID.  You can fill out the form on the Verified page of the femaleproleague.com website

Option B

  • Can get verified by an FPL Ambassador or other authorized personnel FPL has empowered to verify.

 

  • Exceptions to the above can only be made by approval from Senior staff of the Female Pro League.  These two options allow for the easiest way forward

Anti Cheat Policy

Any Player caught cheating will be banned and will forfeit rights to any prize money accumulated from participation during the affected time period.

Harassment

Obsessive harassment on social media or through other forms of communication is not tolerated in the FPL.

1st Case of Harassment – Player(s) will be banned from 2 weeks of matches

2nd Case of Harassment – Player(s) will be banned from 2 weeks of matches and fined 25% of prize earnings

3rd Case of Harassment – Player(s) will be administratively banned indefinitely and must submit an appeal to the senior staff of the FPL

 

Death Threats

Directly wishing people to hurt themselves, threatening people or wishing harm come to others is not tolerated.

1st Offense – Player(s) are banned 4 weeks with a 75% reduction in prize earnings

2nd Offense – Player(s) will be administratively banned indefinitely and must submit an appeal to the senior staff of the FPL

*We are active and dedicated to stopping Suicide.  Cases in which Players openly express wanting to commit suicide shall always be taken serious and will result in a review.  Players or staff members openly joking about suicide or found to be joking about suicide shall have each incident handled in the same fashion Death Threats are handled*

Unsportsmanlike Conduct

Players are expected to remain professional while a part of the Female Pro League.  Unsportsmanlike Conduct is but not limited to Hurtful, Aggressive or Extreme trash talking on social media or other forms of communication, indirect actions meant to degrade or insight violence (defacing opposing teams brand or apparel).

1st Offense – Warning or 10% Prize Pool earnings reduction in addition to any in game rulings

2nd Offense – 25% prize pool earnings reduction and/or suspensions in addition to any in game rulings

3rd offense – 50% prize pool earnings reduction, 2 week suspension and an administrative review/probation in addition to any in game rulings

4th offense – Player(s) will be administratively banned indefinitely and must submit an appeal to the senior staff of the FPL

 

Scheduling

An overall global schedule is provided at the beginning of the league for qualified teams

Teams will have a time period to submit changes to dates and will be obligated to said dates after submission of the global schedule, the Monday of every week, teams can submit changes agreed to by both scheduled teams for any matches to take place the next week.

 

For Showmatches and other events, FPL will post events on the website and/or FPL Twitter page.

Substitutes

Teams are allowed 2 subs for the entire league.

Subs can NOT for the duration of the league play for any other team or sub for any other team for the gaming title they are a sub in.

Subs can NOT be replaced.

Subs must be approved by the FPL.

One designated Sub can be utilized during FPL qualifiers.

Teams can NOT add any more subs to their roster prior to 2 weeks before the end of League Matches, Not playoff or Finals matches.

 

Womens Rules (Unofficial, Friendly Team Agreements)

We do NOT enforce or assist in cases.

 

Hosting

Qualifiers:

Hosting Country = Country the event was intended for (EX. NA Tournament, EU Tournament

If both teams are from the hosting country – Higher seed will get maps 1, and 3 hosting; and the second team hosts 2nd map.

If one team is from the hosting country, and the other from non hosting country – Hosting Country will host all maps, unless a neutral host is asked for. If a neutral host is asked for, the host will be the Hosting Country but in the middle of the two teams.

If both teams are from non hosting country – Higher seed will get maps 1, and 3 hosting; and the second team hosts 2nd map.

League Matches:

If both teams are from hosting country – Each team in the league plays each other twice. Higher seed will get maps 1, 3, and 5, hosting; and the second game the lower seed will host 1, 3, and 5.

If one team is from hosting country, and the other not from the hosting country – The hosting country will host all maps, unless a neutral host is asked for. If a neutral host is asked for, the host will be from the hosting country but in the middle of the two teams.
